ZHU’s ‘Generationwhy’ debuts at No.1 on Top Dance/Electronic Albums

ZHU’s ‘Generationwhy’ debuts at No.1 on Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart (dated Aug. 20), his first full-length album. The set sold 3,000 copies in its first week, according to Nielsen Music.

So far, four tracks from Generationwhy have hit the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart, including the title track (No. 36 on the Aug. 20 chart), “Hometown Girl” (No. 40) and “In the Morning” (No. 43). ZHU arrived with the No. 12-peaking “Faded” in 2014 and hit a high of No. 11 this May with “Working for It,” with Skrillex and THEY.

GENERATIONWHY has released on July 29, and it’s slated to contain 14 tracks including “Working For It,” the collaboration with Skrillex and THEY. that has nearly 80 million plays on Spotify.
